Born on February 10, 2010, Zydon Lightbourne Furbert has rapidly emerged as one of Bermuda's most promising young athletes. Excelling as a striker and right winger in football and dominating the track in 200m and 400m sprints, Zydon represents the heart of athletic ambition. 

Beginning his football journey at just two years old with Somerset Eagles, Zydon's exceptional talent quickly caught the eyes of coaches, leading him to join Somerset Trojans at age seven. By thirteen, Zydon had shattered records at interschool track meets, marking a pivotal moment in his sporting journey.

Inspired by football great Kylian Mbappé, Zydon's relentless dedication to training, performance, and discipline fuels his aspiration to compete internationally and represent Bermuda at the 2028 Olympics.
